Kelli has over a decade of experience providing mental health care to her clients. She strives to create an environment where her clients feel heard and comfortable. Kelli's clients often find her easy to related to due to her laid back nature and humor.
"I love to work with adults with ADHD, executive functioning issues, anxiety, depression, and gender identity. I see clients (age 15+) in person in Sarasota, FL and virtually throughout Florida, Ohio and Michigan. Being a therapist is my passion and I love helping people find hope and excitement in life. I bring humor and an easy going nature to my sessions."

Kelli graduated from The Ohio State University in 2013 with a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) and is license to practice as an independent clinical social worker in the states of Florida (LCSW-QS), Ohio (LISW-S) and Michigan (LMSW).
Kelli is only accepting new clients for ADHD assessments at this time. She has a waitlist for new ongoing therapy clients.
Brooke Drost, MSW, LSW

Brooke has a dedication to the growth and comfort of her clients. She works from a strengths based framework to elicit growth and change in her sessions. Brooke has gained skills working in hospital, medical and private practice settings with adults with diverse needs. Brooke’s clients say they feel relaxed and accepted in session, with an openness to discuss whatever they need that day and to make impactful changes.
"I have an eagerness to bring to all of my sessions with my clients to help you get to a great place in navigating struggles. I am certified in CBT and use this and other skills in specialty area of trauma, mood disorders, complex relationships, anxiety and depression."

Brooke holds a masters degree from The University of Akron and is an LSW (licensed social worker) in the state of Ohio and a registered telehealth clinical social work intern in Florida. Brooke provides virtual therapy in Ohio and Florida.
Brooke is accepting new clients and offers evening telehealth sessions. She is supervised by Kelli Skaggs, LCSW, LISW-S.
Siân Lewis, MSW, LSW
(she/her) Therapist
Siân's energy and warm nature is apparent in the therapy room. She has vast experience helping her clients navigate trauma, crisis intervention, ADHD and dual diagnosis. Siân provides an empathic, safe space for clients to heal and work towards their personal goals.
Hailing for the UK, Siân is also a licensed social worker in the UK and spent several years working in anti-trafficking, providing counseling for women and children. More recently she has worked with adults and adolescents in education settings in addition to therapy.

​Siân graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from The Ohio State University. She has worked with adults and adolescents in a community setting, corrections, hospital and school social work, and out-patient addiction treatment.

Baylie Callaghan, MS, Registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern

Baylie is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Clinical Mental Health Intern with a robust
educational background and diverse training experiences.
Baylie helps individuals with various issues such as depression, anxiety, communication skills,
connection, parenting skills, life transitions, and coping skills. By combining elements from multiple
therapeutic frameworks, Baylie can address a wide range of psychological issues and adapt her
techniques to suit individual client preferences and goals. This flexibility enhances the therapeutic
process, fostering a supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make
positive changes in their lives.
Baylie is committed to helping her clients achieve emotional well-being and personal growth, utilizing
her extensive knowledge and skills to guide them on their journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
She graduated with honors from Keiser
University, earning her Bachelors degree in Psychology. She continued her academic excellence at
Thomas University, where she graduated with honors with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling.
Throughout her career, Baylie has actively pursued professional development, attending multiple
training workshops over the past five years. The workshops integrate Adlerian concepts from Positive
Discipline, Adlerian couples counseling, Adlerian Play Therapy, and individual counseling. These
experiences have enriched her ability to provide holistic and effective therapy to her clients.
Baylie works with a diverse range of clients, including parents, couples, LGBTQIA+ individuals,
adolescents, children 9+, and adults. She employs an eclectic approach in her practice, incorporating a
variety of therapeutic modalities including Adlerian Therapy, Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy,
Adlerian Play Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. This eclectic approach allows her to tailor
her therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the
most appropriate and effective care.
